									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have used Ona&#8217;s and Progest-e with great success. I use Progest-e now in the second half of my cycle and am sticking with it.<br />
I have never used the ideal labs version. I would note that your dosage would be considered low, though. Are you cycling the progesterone? Even after menopause, you should have a break of a week, if you administer continuously. </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I had success with adding copper for a skin wound that wasn&#8217;t healing. I had issues with nutrient absorption, and couldn&#8217;t figure out what nutrient the issue was until I added copper and it healed right up. </p>
