@J.R.L I see people drinking 64-ounces of high-fructose Pepsi all day long like it is an IV and they work hard jobs and have no issues. I think it is the muscle and movement in itself that overcomes a lot of abuse to the body. Look at drinkers and smokers who work farms and live long lives. Inactivity is more detrimental to one’s health that even a bad diet in my opinion. I am sure this body builder has changed his diet many times and bragged about every one of them every step of the way. Fifty-eight years old is still young so we shall have to just wait and see how his story plays out.
