@JP “Thank you Cari for sharing about shiitake. Do you cook mushrooms for at least 2 hours to rid of the toxins?”

I do not long cook my mushrooms. I did a few times and I love the concentrated flavor of them this way, but they gave me pain in my liver having them this way. I do slice them and put them out in the sun to soak up some vitamin D before using them.
